Orange is a non-profit civil society organization which aims to develop the capacity of civil society institutions working across Syria and Turkey as part of the Syrian humanitarian response. Orange’s mission is to enable organizations, empower human capital and strengthen institutional qualities by disseminating knowledge, providing capacity developmental solutions, organizing capacity programs and setting industry quality policies and standards. Orange aims to enable Syrian institutions working with limited resources in a complex environment to deliver effective developmental and humanitarian solutions to the current conflict. Orange is registered in Gaziantep, Turkey, and has capacity-building centers in Gaziantep and inside Syria. A dedicated team of eight full-time staff and 16 associate trainers based in Turkey and Syria manages Orange. Orange has a network of professional local and international trainers.
